The Night You Left
the sun took the moon,
like your kiss took my soul.
your leaving so soon
why do you have to go?
endless nights and sleepless dreams,
and i was in them all.
we would picnic by the bluest streams,
and i could always feel myself fall.
many memories and many laughs,
but he wants you for himself.
i hope god will take care of you,
give you a better life and better health.

everynight for you i'll pray.
forever mending, never ending,
