I don't really like any of those movies, but the 3rd Harry Potter was OK - way too corny in some parts though.

I don't think i've seen all of Vertigo.
I've always assumed the Lord of the Rings books and movies sucked.
Spider-Man's a good movie.
How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days was okay.
I will never read or watch Harry Potter.
The Grudge sucked, really sucked.
Never seen Nicholas Nickleby.
X-Men was pretty good.
I'll go with Spider-Man.
