Default Donnie Darko.....

Im a fan of cult classics and mind-fuck movie so this movie SHOULD be my perfect movie!

BUT i watched this movie so other die and it didnt really live up to the hype.

I understood the the movie to a certain extent and I still cant see the fasination behind it!

Does anyon else agree with me (probably not seeing as though every1 adores this movie!)?

Also if you love this movie give your reasons why?

I love this movie. Why? Because it's mind boggling, it makes you think. I had to watch it twice in order to understand it fully. It's a great film though.

I vaguely remember this film. It was suggested by a professor of mine, and though I find it unnecessarily overcomplicated it was basicly very straight-forward.

I love Donnie Darko. Like the first time I saw it I was so into the story and the end blew me away. Plus like it has a lot of funny stuff. I dont really know why I like it as much as I do.

Its like napoleon dynamite, people say "ohh you gotta watch it twice to get it and then it will be funny". NO. This movie is way overhyped and not very funny at all. Just like Napoleon Dynamite.

I havent seen napolean dynamite b/c it looks stupid. I dont really think Donnie Darko is the same way. Napoleon Dynamite is just something most ppl say they like to try and sound cool. I think Donnie Darko touches like peoples fears and emotions. Its really symbolic.

I actually figured it out the first time I watched and relized it was a paredox.

Then I watched directers cut. I wish I had baught the regular movie instead.

I liked my idea better.
