Is it becoming a film?
I'm listening to the music at present - cd 2.

I am but I question how many people who see it have already read the book. The fact it isn't set in the Home Counties in the late 1800's annoys me a bit! But otherwise IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME! Little bit of trivia for you. When it was first broadcast on radio (in England in 1912 by the BBC) it was considered so realistic, people ran out their houses screaming that the martians were invading!

Im looking forward to seeing it. I was at Universal Studios (where they're filming it) and the props look very realistic, epecially the plane crash.

The original film was a classic, don't see much point in perpetually remaking classics. Well that's Hollywood for ya.

I'm expecting this movie to blow Independence Day away....far far away.

The original was far far better than Independence Day, unless of course you are only after big budget SFX.
