Question kicked my brother in the ball and now im worried

ok so basically yesterday me and my 11 year old brother had a fight. it ended with me kicking him in the balls (very lightly, basically a playfight kick) it wasnt very hard, i can barely remember doing it. and he didnt make a big deal out of it he didnt cry or complained it was hurting

anyways, today i came into his room and he was crying and saying his balls really hurt and he couldnt sleep in the night or turn over cause they really hurt. he was really worried and i asked if hed looked to see if they were ok and he said 'one of them is lower than the other one' .

haha, ok well in another situation i might find this very funny, but im actually really worried, is this normal? have i done serious damage.

! help please this is not a prank, any info would be cool i dont know much about little boys testiciles

Seeing as he's only 11, and you kicked him lightly, I doubt you did any serious or lasting damage to him. That's a very sensitive area, so it's only expected that he's sore.

About one of them being lower than the other: I thought that that was normal? Such as girls always have one breast that is a tiny big larger than the other?

One's supposed to be lower than the other.

If the pain is persistent and agonizing, though, he really should get it checked out. They're sensitive and susceptible to damage, but the real risk is the possibility of testicular torsion resulting from the jarring impact of being kicked, however unlikely it may be.

Testicular torsion is extremely painful, but easily resolved. However, it's ALWAYS a "sooner rather than later" thing, and if it's even considered as a possibility it needs to be assessed immediately. Death of the testicle and gangrene are inevitable in unresolved cases of torsion.

Don't kick someone in the balls... ever.
Unless they're trying to kill you.

Agreed. If anyone did it to me I'd literally kill them in response
