its the TV that has the delay so you would need to slow the radio down

Pause the tv then rewind it to line up to the radio :/

HAHA I like listening to the Rogers sportsnet announcers because theres no delay and you can hear the two benches swearing at each other. You can hear it so well sometimes even over the ice level commentator they will be screaming fuck you and shit to each other too funny.
