We Fall... that does not mean we have to stay down!
Earthly pleasures its kinda the bait on a fish aint it . We take a little bit and we're hooked. Then we just keep getting pulled farther towards death.
Funny thing is sometimes the fish have more fight than we have. We get hooked and willingly go towards the path of the wrong. Thats rediclos you say. I say prove me wrong. Who has ever been in the meat section and seen to roast that are exactly the same except the price. You choose the one bigger price don't you.
How does this relate. We as human want the bigger thing. So the voice of God is so small but we are going to listen to the big booming voice of sin. Simple as that. Then when we have taken the bait. We just get reeled in sometimes we let it happen. Sometimes we fight back and do get away.
And this is good and all. But i cant congratulate you for getting yourself out of something that you put yourself into. Now for those who were forced into all of this and douing evil my heart goes out to all of you. This shouldnt happen but sadly it does. But just because something bad happened to you. It doesnt mean God doe not care for you. Look at it this way. Everything that happens to you makes you you.
But those who choose getting to a life of crime. Don't give me bs about you had no choice there is always at least two paths. You just choose what you thought would make you whatever you were thinking. I can not relate to druggies robbers and some the other stuff.. What i can relate to is Lust, Sinful thought and actions , then doing this horrible thing to someone you never wanted to hurt. I am Sorry i wish i could take this back. But i did it no one else i got treatment for it and i am glad to say that thought i still have some ungodly thoughts but what teenage boy doesnt.
The difference between me and some of the people i have met who's lives have gone to hell. Nothing they can find God just like me and take back their old life.they just need to step back from life for a minute and find God it is a long road that doesnt happen over night but anything is possible in God.
So instead of being reeled in don't take the bait it's the best way to stay away from sin. And remember you are not alone, God is always walking with you. And ill tell you a little secret
"for God so loved the world He gave his one and only Son" John 3:16
These are my thoughts and if you don't like them then stop reading. Peter
