Put a small tax on fast food (5% or something)
Legalize forms of euthanasia for the terminally ill.

- Spousal Rape would be punishable in all 50 states by a minimum 6 year sentence.
- The drinking age would be lowered to 18, as it is with smoking, voting, going to war, signing contracts, etc.
- Abolish the death penalty.

There's no Laws I would change. But I would like to see instant life sentences for Rapists and Murderers.

I should specify it is now punishable in all states, but not as "spousal rape", but as general spousal abuse or assault & battery. In my opinion, it's a crime of its own entity and deserves stricter punishments.
