Although the rate for blacks with such a small percentage of the country is pretty bad, it doesn't compare to the rate of whites. 33% for blacks, and about 65% for whites according the fbi.

Take into consideration why whites do not target blacks. Typically, blacks are in poorer neighborhoods. And blacks victimize and rape other minorities more than any other group. A number that blows the victimization of white girls from black men out the water. Minorities are victimized by other minorities because of their location.

I think one thing that people seem to forget when tieing things liek this down to race is social class. More Blacks have a lower social class than Whites, it's not a matter of race, but the neighborhood in which these people are raised.
The number in this should really be blacks above the poverty line and outside of poor communities vs. blacks below the poverty line and in poor communities.
It's nothing to do with race, really...but the status of the people.
