How is it? I was interested, but the excerpts on ESPN were atrocious.

I must have started that book like 10 different times, so it took me forever to finish it...but I'm glad I did. His short stories are really good too. What do you think of it so far?
Currently reading The Humbling by Philip Roth

I just finished Along for the ride by Sarah Dessen and I liked it.
I'm going to try and read The Host by Stephenie Meyer, but ever since I got it I haven't been able to get into it. Has anyone ever read it?

I'm reading "Captivating" by John and Stasi Eldredge. It's about understanding women (ourselves) then I'm going to read their "Wild at Heart" which is about understanding men.
They're a married couple, so far so good.

Its really good, but its a beast so I keep reading it in short bursts when I have the time, so I probably won't finish until the end of thanksgiving break. I'll definitely need to check out his short stories eventually.

The bell jar by sylvia plath is good. I starts slow, but gets increadably addicting as it goes on.
