rofl nothing really annoys me that much

just

. when machines are taken (i go to a small gym so there's only really 1 of each machine)

i just find most things funny, like when guys drop weights and grunt so loudly like theyre having the biggest shit ever

People that do a few curls, and then go to the mirror and flex

n00bz that stack on soo much weight on a machine, and do fuck all ROM

People that talk about the bitches they fucked the previous night

(this only happened once)A fatass deciding to to farmers walks in the smallest room which is the dumbbell room at my gym getting in everyone's way

When someone comes up asking how many sets you got left, you say you just started, offer them to jump in, and then they say no and wait right next to you while you're just recovering from your last set of deadlifts/squats

People that just lean back too much on the latpull down and just end up doing rows

People that get too many dumbbells out off the stand and just leave them everywhere thinking they're a G-star

When you're standing and facing the mirror doing something with some dumbbells, some other guy decides to stand infront of you and work out there

People that go into the cable fly machine, and think they're doing flys when they're just moving from the elbow

When you can't find the dumbbell you want to use

People that jump on a machine for a set with you, decide to put the weight up and then just do the wrong motion, like they're trying to make a point

The roiders

Skinny ***gots with muscle dysmorphia

All I can think of right now

Dipesh some good ones there. I was doing deadlifts today, actually going for a max with 475lbs and 3 dickheads went and stood infront of the mirror like you mentioned! Was not happy at all actually asked them to move lol. I just missed it I would have had to hitch it up once so didn't bother got it just above knees. Think i'll have it next time. A PT in the gym watched it and tried to criticized my form (He can dl about 300 lol..). No offence to him but like I give a shit about form when going for a max esp as a powerlifter

Not sure if you're being serious or not!

But I don't train for size haven't gained weight in literally years. Only train in the 1-6 rep range really unless it's a warm up or cool down set. Hoping to break the Open NR for Deadlift in Jan otherwise at least the one in the 18-19 age group. You a powerlifter or bodybuilder?

IF YOU DON'T MIND, WHAT IS YOUR BODYWEIGHT? 475 ON DEADLIFT IS PRETTY HIGH FOR 18-19 YEAR OLD.

147 today (I'm 5'7.5 if this helps too). I am going to a meet in January so hopefully i'll have an official lift then. I want to be in the 164 category by then though I am working on gaining weight atm as well as strength, as gaining weight's guna see my strength rocket I reckon. I always stay around 147-150 so I can't really rely making the 148 category, plus I want to gain a bit of weight as I'll get stronger. What do u lift/weigh?P.S. My bench is only around 260 had a shoulder injury it was over 300 at one point, squat around 330 I think.

DAMN THAT'S A LOT FOR YOUR WEIGHT.

I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY 1 REP MAX'S IN A COUPLE YEARS BUT I PUT UP 275 FOR 3-4 REPS ON BENCH WHICH IS PRETTY BAD FOR MY WEIGHT CLASS. I WAS DEADLIFTING IN HIGH SCHOOL BUT WE DIDN'T DO IT FOR MY COLLEGE SPORT TEAM BUT I WAS POWERCLEANING AROUND 260 IN COLLEGE. AND I JUST STARTED SQUATTING WITH HEAVY WEIGHT AGAIN SINCE I GOT ANKLE RECONSTRUCTION IN JANUARY. I WAS ABLE TO PUT UP 300 FOR A COUPLE OF REPS RECENTLY, SO I THINK I JUST NEED TO GET MY FORM AND CONFIDENCE BACK. I USUALLY WEIGH IN AROUND 205-210 BUT I'VE DEFINITELY BALLOONED UP TO ABOUT 220 SINCE MY SURGERY.

COMPARED TO A LOT OF DUDES MY WEIGHT I'M PRETTY PATHETIC, I'M THINKING I MIGHT BE MORE RED FIBER DUDE THAN WHITE WHICH IS KIND OF DEPRESSING SINCE I DON'T CARE FOR DISTANCE SPORTS MUCH AT ALL BUT I'M PRETTY DECENT AT IT.

That is huge for a powerclean I doubt I could get up 200 to be honest. I can only OHP just under 180. That bench is still very good guessing you are just over 300 on a max. And your squat is insane if you had ankle reconstruction in january!!!! how old are you? I should be off to bed, got insomnia real bad lately. Can't sleep before 3am my time

I used to play a lot of sports like rugby, hockey, cricket but I gave them up to just do lifting as I wasn't going to be elite standard at any of them. You play anything else? 410 at 17? WTF! In the USA a lot more teenagers seem to lift seriously compared to here. I'm on a sports course and hardly anyone on it goes to the gym regularly it seems
