can everybody post what they ate, not commenting on other food.

i cant rate anything now.

Breakfast: tea with 2 sugars and 1 weetbix with PB on.
Lunch: Vegetarian pie and some potato salad.
Snack: 1 weetbix and some almonds.
Dinner: probably vegetable stir fry.

I've done 30 minutes workout and going down the gym later on for an hour.

8/10 but where's the fruit and milk?

breakfast: smoothie (yogurt, berries, orange juice, protein powder)
lunch: chili (turkey, black beans, zucchini, onion, crushed tomatoes) and cornbread w/ light margarine
snack: string cheese
dinner: chicken, low fat gravy, roasted red potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower, cherries & oats

i'll probably have a cup of hot cocoa with milk before i go to bed

mm 8/10 ...i love string cheese, so amusing haha.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast, egg, mushroom and bakedbeans
Lunch: coffee, big choc chip muffin and some dried fruits and nuts.
Dinner: 6 inch chicken and bacon ranch frm subway and 3 cookies

walked along the beach today for about an hour, thats my exercise

Mmmm sounds yummy! 9/10 for tastiness, definitely. Maybe have some more fruit though? It's only morning so I'll say what I had yesterday:

Breakfast:
- 2 slices of brown bread
- Cup of tea

Snack:
- Apple

Lunch:
- Tin of beans
- About half a loaf of French bread
- Three pears
- Four plums

Dinner:
- Potatoes
- Carrot
- Courgette - or however it's spelt
- 2 fish fingers
- Brocolli

Snack:
- Chewing gum

Dessert:
- Bag of cheese balls
- Dairy milk
tehe :P

Exercise:
- 400m sprint
- 4-mile walk

Lunch: a bowl of mixed chinese food and 2 small pieces of homemade pizza.
Dinner: going to have roast lamb and vegies soon!

no exercise unless you count like 6 hours of writing

8/10 Sounds good to me!

Bfast: Toast and cheese, coffee
Lunch:Bowl of broccoli salad (Broccoli, bacon, raisins, onions and a mayo/vinegar sauce)
Snacks: like three of those mini bags of chips..... we have so much leftover candy.
Dinner: homemade veggie lasagna, baked potato, some more of that salad.
Dessert: Two oatmeal raisin cookies and a mini chocolate bar.

Exercise: an hour of brisk walking and a half hour at the gym.
