I need to lose weight fast. Not for anyone else just me. I've tried everything from walking (I walk 1.9 miles almost everyday and yet no weight lost!) from eating smart. I have not lost weight yet. Any suggestions??

Burn more calories than you consume.
Easy as that.
There's really no fast way to do it though.

turn that into running 1.9 miles that will help and increase distance by little every week lets say.
You should eat a lot of healthy things like vegetables, fruit, and you shouldn't eat sweets. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, eat 5 or 6, but smaller. Go out each day and jog for 20 minutes, and stretch. Jogging and stretching will help you not only to lose weight, but you will also be fit and flexible.

Stop eating and if you eat throw up and if you throw up don't immediately brush your teeth because that's bad for the enamel.

dont eat junk food and watch your carb intake
also you will need to do more intense exercises
walking can only do so much

Try picking up maybe another hobby, such as a sport. Don't play any? Try something new - at least get exercise for an hour a day, and make sure when you do, you add some cardio in there at some point, such as sprinting, or dancing :). Your caloric intake can be hard to monitor, but just remember - if you're really, really hungry, try finding something low in fat and other things like that, but that's heavy. Rice, for a main dish is one. It's healthy, heavy, and yummy :) or barley. You can always start a journal to keep track of what you eat. Maybe if you knew how much you normally ate, let's say, after a week, you could aim to lose those calories you normally intake, and make it a goal to burn more - if you really want to continue eating the way you do.

You don't want to lose weight fast. If someone loses weight fast it just tells me they lost a lot of muscle and are going to be flabby.
Do a ton of cardio and eat healthy food.

Do exercise daily for weight lose.

Just don't eat for a week. It works.
The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories than your body needs. You don't necessarily need to eat 'healthy' food to lose weight. And the only way to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body needs.
Keto diet. Lose tons in a month. But expect to get it all back the second you drop the diet.
