Allright, hopefully, those who haven't seen the movie yet haven't clicked on this thread.
So those of you who HAVE seen the movie....what were some of your fave scenes?
I liked when Wolverine was stabbing all those government agents when they stormed the school at night. I also liked it when Pyro was burning up all the cop cars. Yesh.

"You wanna shoot me? C'mon, Shoot me!"
I quite enjoyed that line.
And I loved when Magneto pulled the iron out of the guard's blood and used it to escape. How very badass.

I liked it when Wolverine (ow ow!) was in the kitchen getting a beer and he put his claws out at the cat who was purring and licking them. :D
I also liked the kissing scenes... heh heh.
But I liked the part when Magneto does the iron/blood thing too!

"What exactly are you a professor of?"
"Art."
And of course, Nightcrawler beating the piss out of dozens of security guards in the first scene. That was brilliant.

Um, the scene where Wolverine and the hot claw-chick (what is her name?) were battling to the metallic death! AMAZING!
And I absolutely love Alan *******, man, when that opening scene came on I died. How can you beat Alan, blue, rapidly transporting himself and beating up on government agents?
AUGH, this movie ROCKED!

I posted this in the other X2 thread but this one seems like a better place wher ei can rant and reveal things about the movie to people who have already seen it.
The movie was VERY well done, and that is saying a lot considering that I am a HUGE X-men fan and know way more than the average person at that theater.
*****PROBLEMS*******
The fact that Collosus was NOT russian like he should have been, and his sister was no where to be seen. Which is odd because he doesnt go anywhere without her.
Lady Deathstrike (Yuriko) does NOT have a healing factor at all....and should have died when wolvering stabbed her the first F***ing time.
Beast was on the news and looked fairly old. He became blue and hairy after an experiment in college, therefore should have already been blue.
Nightcrawler is Mystique's son, and this issue was not addressed at all in the movie between the two.
*****REALLY GOOD THINGS*******
Pyro's development was astounding, and the way that they worked that out with Magneto influencing him as well was great.
Nightcrawler's character was perfect to the 'T'. I'm glad they kept true to his character in the comics.
I'm glad that Wolverine finally F***ed some shit up. He seriously kicked the ass in this movie that was majorly lacking from the first one.
The love triangle with Wolverine, Jean, and Cyclops was a lot more expanded in this movie, but they haven't really added to Scott's character enough to make me feel really attached to him. that was a small downside (and by the way even Jean Grey admits in the movie that girls go for the jerks)
In the end the movie was a complet total blast, however i am seriously doubting the third movie is going to be good. If you know anything about the Comics then you know that what Jean was experiencing in the end was her first contact with the Pheonix powers. This means that the third movie is almost 95% most likely to be about the Pheonix Saga, that was a major turning point in the X-men universe. But if this is the case then the third movie is going ot be a huge jump compared to the other two. The Pheonix Saga takes place in space, with an Alien race called the Shi'aar (sp?) who guard the M'kraan crystall (sp?) that is going to destroy the universe. This is a huge leap into obvious comic book style stories as compared to the Generally down to earth realistic plots of the last two. Not to mention how horribly bad they have introduced and set up the Pheonix Saga in the second movie.
If the third movie IS the Pheonix Saga, then it could really really be awesome or it could blow some serious ass. They haven't set it up very well, and the plot will seem to be thrown out of left feild as compared to the last two. But if the third movie is NOT the pheonix saga then how the F*** are they going to explain Jeans new found PHEONIX abilities?

I never saw Jubilee or Gambit and their names were in the credits.
I thought Gambit was the little boy with the blue tounge but I was wrong.

Jubilee was one of the captured students in Alkali Lake. You could recognize her from the earrings.

The attack on the school is by far the coolest part of the movie. Amazing. When Woliverine finally knifed that guy in the kitchen, i wanted to cheer.
