*From Tragedy to Triumph*

I sat there solemn, quiet
As the words finally sank in
They had hurt us, I couldn't fight it
I felt the pressure to suddenly give in
Our country was wounderful, who could do this
I thought we were great, so happy so bliss
But someone was jealous
they didn't enjoy our happeniss
They figured by hurting us
that they could end this
But what they least realized
suddenly came true
they saw the hope in our eyes
and it began with a few
untited we stood, feeling the strength
They could have never guessed we would be this great
but there terrors didn't work on these United States
