Have any of you seen this movie? If so, what do you all think about it? Also, what was your most favorite part and the part you hated most?

Yeah, I've seen this movie. My favorite part is probably when he first takes over the hospital and everyone is freaking out. My least favorite part would probably be when he was about to kill himself.

Oh, ok. What did you think of what he was going to do for his son?

That took a lot of guts.

Yeah, I agree. My mother cried at the end when the little boy did that body builder posing thing. I'm sorry, but I didn't find that that sad. But that's me...

Yeah, that part of the movie was a little lame. Overall, it was a decent movie.

I think it was good. It was different anyway.

I enjoyed it. Yet another great film for the "Denzel Washington vault." He is a very talented actor. I still need to see Training Day.

Yeah, he is pretty talented. In what movie did he start getting famous? I can't remember...

VIRTUOSITY IS HIS BEST MOVIE
ok so it isn't but it's still good
if nothing else you get to se Russel Crowe as a sadistic virtual reality come alive serial killer

I haven't seen Virtuosity. Never heard of it, actually.
In John Q., my favorite part was in the hospital, about the middle of the movie, when the guy that attacked John Q., his girlfriend, was kicking him and took off her wig and threw it on him and kicked him again! I just loved that part because he was such an ass and he deserved it because of what he did to her! The part I didn't like the most was when John was trying to get money to get his son on the transplant list and how the blonde, at the beginning, treated them. I mean, he couldn't help that he didn't have the money. And he would have payed them back! But, yeah... those were my favorite and not-favorite parts.

I liked the film, but personally I would have had John Q actually kill himself. I prefer the shock tragic ending to the disney fairy tale type of ending, but thats just me.
Some of my favorite tragic endings would have to be
Pay it Forward
American History X
The Road to Predition (not really a surprise, but still a good ending)
American Beauty(again not a total surporise ending, but good all the same)
