I saw this a couple days ago...and wow! It was great! Hedwig gives a good name to the rock musical genre, if I do say so myself. I loved the Origin of Love sequence, with the cartoons, and the song rules too. What can beat a botched sex change operation? LOL, I loved it! I bought the soundtrack yesterday, and it has a parental warning for explicit lyrics on it...I nearly died laughing. Possibly the best line ever: "When I woke up from the operation, I was bleeding down there. I was bleeding from the gash between my legs...my first day as a woman and already it’s that time of the month!" Classic

I love Hedwig. It's such an amazing movie. John Cameron Mitchell and Steven Trask are so awesome! ^_^

Ahh anyways.. I saw it sometime last summer. and then waited impatiently till December 11th so I could buy the dvd. ^_^ I also ran out and purchased the soundtrack immediately after seeing the movie. ^_^ Its so good.

I love Origin Of Love, Angry Inch, Wig In A Box, Sugar Daddy.. and Tommy Gnosis version of Wicked Little Town.

Hee hee, Hedwig is great! I'm going to try to get the DVD this weekend if I can. My faves are Origin of Love, Angry Inch, Tear Me Down, Wig in a box, Freaks, and the Long Grift. But the first 4 I listed are my really, really good favorites, hee hee.
That movie is awesome, I was really surprised to see how great it was!
