[1] Of 3 basic arch types:
RAINBOWS ), PLATEAU ], or FLAT l; Which shape closely resembles your arch when you are standing?
[Among the next BASIC 4 q's SELECT only the ONE that fits U]
[2] To be considered high-arched, the cap of an ordinary coke or pepsi bottle should be able to slide under each arch while standing on the floor! Can you do this on both feet, only one foot, or none?
[3] If you can't quite make it with a soda cap, can you make a dime stand up under each arch? If yes, you have average arches!
[4] If no dime fits, but you can still see some sort of arch as you stand there you have a low arch!
[5] If nothing can fit under your arch-- like not even an ant crawling-- you have a flat foot!
[Everybody answers the final 2 questions!]
[6] You can add a step up to your ratings if you can flex an eye popping impressive arch while sitting down. Most people, except #5 flatfoots can do this! Can you putout a good curve when sitting to show arch flexibility?
[7] Are both of your arches basically alike or do you have the Jesse McCartney syndrome where one is way better than the other? It is possible one will rank higher than the other!
AFTER PICKING AN ANSWER AMONG THE BASIC 4 Q'S you should have a very clear idea of where you stand in the field of well developed arches. Feel free to comment on your results!
