I saw this movie last night. It was hilarious. I would give it 4/5 stars. It's every bit as funny as you would expect from Will ferrell. Has anyone else seen it yet.

I saw it last night as well! I love the part where Will (the character) puts his hands on the crystal and starts singing. :inlove: It wasn't the most hilarious movie ever, but it was great. And Chaka (played by Jorma(:biglove:)) ohhhhhhhh.

Anybody watch the show from 70s? It looks like it has nothing to do with the show. I don't think Will Ferrell is the right guy if he's playing the guy I think he is. The original had a father and his two kids. One daughter and a son. They had these monkey looking dudes and this other dude that you can't really see because he's a bunch of blinking lights. That guy can't stand emotions as in happiness, excitement or angry. He turns red(or green?) in the show if you are showing or thinking one of them. He's name is czar(Thats not how you spell it) and he can read your thoughts.

I don't think his movies are that funny. Don't get me worng some are okay and laugh at time. BUt mostly they are dry dull humor

Will Ferrell plays the same Character in every movie, I only really enjoyed him in Anchorman and Step Brothers.

I did not see that coming at all, even I was a little offended! Great movie, and some great nods to the original series. The song Will Ferrell plays on the banjo to 'apologize' to his friends is the original theme song :)
