I think Wahlberg's not how I envisioned Jack to look. I was expecting a more saddened, softened person to fit the role. My pick main pick would have been Sean Penn or someone of that sort.

For Abigail, I actually thought of a blonde, like Cate Blanchett, Laura Linney, or Robin Wright Penn (not paired with her husband, though).

The pick for Susie was dead-on. I think Ronan will do a good job with the role.

For George Harvey, I actually imagined someone who could do both detached and creepy. The current pick is just creepy, to me. Someone like Philip Seymour Hoffman was how Harvey seemed like to me.
