getting rid of a pimple without any creams since i don't have any right now.

Put some toothpaste on in. :) Seriously. It dries it up (I think minty toothpaste works best).

i have actually done that.. it doesn't seem to be working.

Just go buy a tube of benzoyl peroxide for such emergencies.
