I was reading in an article about Pornography on TV, and I read both sides of the argument, where people find it offensive and where others consider it an art form/ enjoyable. What are your thoughts on it? Would you ban it if you could? Just something to make you think and to talk about.

**** is disgusting, and should be taken off television. There are stupid little kids who flip around the channels, and I don't know of a single parent who wants there child watching that.

It can be on tapes to rent and all, but it shouldn't be on television. There are kids that flip through channels and no parent wants their little kids seeing **** on tv.

Do you think that it should be on Pay-per-view, etc. so that you have to rent it that way no child could watch it?

Censorship on T.V is a very bad thing, in my opinion.

The way I look at it is, that it is the human body doing something that is intended to happen. If we are so (i like the word "prudish") then we dont need to have a TV in the first place. Is it that we are so scared of our own body that we are subconciously pushing it away and seeing it on tv makes us face it? Just my opinion as always.

Yes, it is natural, but I think that the way that movies always seem to incorporate sex scenes is ridiculous. I think it should be left to the porns...

Anyways, back to the original topic. It shouldn't be on cable tv, in my opinion. You can go rent it or download it if you need to see it so badly.

As long as people are having sex or anything, I think it's fine if there's nudity on TV. I mean, really, you see nudity when you take a shower in the morning. You see it when you change at night. It's nothing to be offended by, in my opinion.

Little kids watch **** anyway. I mean, I know when I was on the computer at 8 I wasn't just playing postopia.com if you know what I mean ;)

Nope, it shouldn't be on TV. I know a lot of the kids at my school have seen **** already thanks to no censorship on TV, and that certainly isn't a good thing, considering they're too young to watch stuff like that. Not that they're complaining, but I wouldn't want MY kids seeing **** (I don't have kids of course :P ).

I don't see why not, it would give me something to watch on Sundays.

in Europe, my dad and i were watching TV, and like every other channel was ****. omg it was so embarassing. my mom walked in and was like "WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING, TERRY?!"

It's never fun to be sitting here in the living room, on the computer late at night and have your dad fall asleep watching one movie, and then a bit after the movie ended, some **** comes on.
Quite uncomfortable. It'd be even more uncomfortable if he was awake. So I guess I should be thankful for that.

yeah, thats one of the main reasons it shouldnt be on cable. i even get uncomfortable when people start making out on TV when my parents are there.

It should just be on late night tv, like after Jay Leno and Conan. That way it reduces the risk of little kids watching it.

I don't think it should be on TV. Yeah, there are horny guys out there but if you need it that bad, chances are you know other places to get it. I, personally, don't feel effected by it. However, it's not something I would want my children to be exposed to in the future. (I don't have kids now) But think about what it is telling kids...have lots casual sex, homosexual sex, get huge breast implants, listen to awful cheesy **** music!) AHH!! Honestly, I am already considering not letting my children watch TV (when/if I have them) because it is repulsive now. They have freakin' gay cartoons!!
