i just went vegitarian but i love spaghettio's with meatballs... are they real meat? or tofu o.o

Yes, the standerd meat balls are made with real meat. But you can make them with a meat substitute like tofu or a mushroom blend...I don't know how they would taste though.

Spaghetti meat is meat.

In some freezer sections, they may have vegetarian meat substitute balls.

Otherwise, you can make them yourself from the "meal starters" you can find in the vegetarian area of the freezer section.


It's more than satisfying for me, and I'm a big fan of spaghetti and meatballs.

You could also try making your own falafel in small balls to use. Homemade falafel is delicious and goes nicely with a tomato based sauce, so there's no reason you couldn't have it with pasta too.

Yes they are real meat. You can get a can a Spaghetti O's and just use soy meatballs like everyone else suggested.

Just get regular spaghetti o's and those pre cooked vegetarian "meat" balls and pop them in your spaghetti-o's when you heat them up :D
