Gonna do my first bikini wax today and I'm really scared :(
And do i shave the abdomen area or wax it off? I'm not sure what to do.
just wondering if anyone knows any tips that can minimise the pain?
(Guess this thread could have gone on the Sex Board, but decided to put it here)

have a shower before to like open the pores.
apparently having a paracetamal a couple of hours before helps - but i'm not too sure.
otherwise just grin a bear it! if it gets too much, just shave haha
what i find easiest - and not as painful is like use hair removal cream everywhere first - if your hair is quite long, then wax the like 'top' bit (not sure how to explain it) then shave the rest
if you udnerstand that?!

they don't hurt, just take deep breaths.
and don't take any aspirin, they're blood thinners.

Just relax and breathe. The first time it hurts quite a bit but it after a few times you get used to it.

paracetamol an hour before definitley helps, they're not too bad after the first strips off you know what to expect and the waxer should advise you on how to help out by holding your skin tight to minimise the pain.

Keep breathing! it hurts way less if you do... OH! and relax...tenseness makes it waaay worse.
