I can't find a cleanser that will work nicely, they always just make my skin feel worse. I was considering getting the St. Ives Apricot Scrub thing?

yeh, st. ives is really good
use it once or twice a week though, so you dont irritate the skin

edit: that might be what's making it worse - your using whatever you use too often and its causing more oil and stuff.

I don't use stuff a lot atm because i was on antibiotics for my spots and they all cleared up :) now though, they're starting to come back and I don't know if it's cs of hormones from a period or if they're coming back for good
