A girl I know has a subtle one of those. She's Sicilian and fairly dark-skinned. It doesn't look bad and she doesn't shave it.

i remember she leaned back one time in the winter and i spotted it, cus in the summer she shaved it. pretty awkward situation cus i didnt know how to bring it up so i kind of ignored her all night and got fucked up and told her when i was drunk in an insensitive way.
