The pillow so soft

The blanket is warm

The cedar smells great

But when I open my mouth there is no sound

I sit up in my bed

Mom wheels Dad over

He tells me good-bye

But i yell at him why are you wearing a tie

No one wants to answer me

They just want to cry

People keep bringing flowers

And saying "These are artificial they wont die"

Mama hates flowers she wont keep them long

I am wheeled into another room

Someone is singing a song

One by one people come up and look at my face

Am i a laughing stock?

Am i a disgrace?

Is this a joke?

I look at the clock

Time has slowed down

Whats going on

What happened to the sound?

A beautiful woman in glowing white

Is coming my way

She says to me

"Sorry my dear

Todays your last day"

You and a razor blade got into a fight

Your friend jumped out and scared you

We are leaving earth to live in the sky

Thats where we all go when we die"

But i dont wanna leave
