I need to do something with my hair....
That is either colour it, or cut it or anything!
I need a new style.

Go back to blonde. Get it permanently straightened at some asian place.

Try layer it to thin it out a bit. From your pictures it looks kind of thick. Straighten and maybe put some spiral curls in once in a while? Not the whole thing...just intermittently.
I love your color though but if you want something different, try some out-there colors on the under layers. I had hot pink streaks on my under layers and it looked pretty neat... and if you get the semi permanent stuff, it'll wash out eventually so if your folks are iffy about it, its totally fixable....in time anyway lol.

Don't cut it.You've got a round faceso you should keep your hair long and straight.
You should get a Brazilian Keratin Treatment (http://www.braziliankeratin.com/). It stays for about 3 moths, but it doesn't damage your hair that much.
Also, you should dye it blonde, not as light as it was before though... more like this (http://www.handbag.com/?module=images&func=display&fileId=46343).
Oh, and maybe get a side fringe (http://gim.gupshup.org/gal/H/2927_3530_Richie-Nicole-03-4x20124_6833038.JPG).

I really like the look of your hair when it was long and straight.... however, one of my friends has a similar face shape and once had the same problem, so she ended up cutting it short and it looks lovely whether its straight or natural or messy. I would put a picture of it on here but i'm sure she wouldn't appreciate it! But its longer at the front than the back, the front bits are a few inches below her chin and the back is only a little bit shorter, but it shapes her head amazingly!!! She also wears it on a side part. It looks so nice straight or curly, she's got it dyed blonde. If you want to go for something different and versatile i'd go for that, as you can wear it curly or straight, with accessories or headbands, and it just looks lovely the whole time. She never looks like a poodle! Hope this inspires you somewhat :)
