Anyone here like jrock(the style), VK (visual kei), Lolita of any kind, harajuku, or just traditional Japanese style? Just curious. What are your favorite or least favorite styles? Why? Do you or anyone you know make or design them? official or unofficial, profit or no profit, or just for fun? When I say design, it could also mean just drawing it. I'm really curious/nosy sometimes so you don't have to answer my many questions.

I have to say lolita is going to be big in USA in the late teens like 2017-2019, but going to start breaking in another 4-6 years. Lolita is just awesome, and I would wear it, but it's too not the norm now. It be like a circus clown, but eventually it will have its day.

I think Sweet Lolita is cute. It's nice when a girl can incorporate small amounts of it into her wardrobe. Baby The Stars Shine Bright has some really cute stuff.
I'd like everyone to know that it's only a minority of Japanese teens that like gothloli and loli, and I think JROCK is really, really, gay.

i love gothloli and if i could be rich and go back in time that would always be my style it is the cutest in the world!!!!!!! i wish i could sew cuz i no i have like, the best designs in my head, but wouldnt no how to really express them but yeah all ive heard of jrock is from some super nerdy fat girl so i dont think ill be lookin into any time soon.

But they're all fail.
They all are way overweight and paint their faces white and smear black lipstick everywhere and do raccoon eyes and dye their hair black and cut long bangs with a scene kid cut.
They basically look like mall goths with the occasional bit of white lace about them.
This, is not GothLoli.
And thus I LAWL.

Ganguros died out when I was about 12.

Sadly, I've seen that they're not entirely dead.
Oddly enough, we have some attempted Ganguros here in Houston. *shrugs*

Different branches of gyarus are still thriving, but ganguros are almost all gone.
At least in Japan.
