I'm going to a rocky horror themed arty soon, and I have to dress up.
I have no idea what to wear, so any tips for a good outfit that won't cost me loads?

Wear lingerie/skanky clothing you already own?

I don't really have the body or the self-confidence to just wear lingerie...
