It's been reduced to only £8 and I thought I could wear it with a cardigan. It's length is 61.5cm.

EDIT: Not getting dress. I got some sale stuff from Urban Outfitters instead.

I don't think it would draw too much attention to the bust but it's only a couple of quid so just buy it and see how it looks.
It's no big loss if you dislike it.

Go for it, if you can pull it off. It sort of reminds me the way Blair Waldorf dresses on Gossip Girl....kinda bizarre at first, but it works.
