i have a really big pimple on the side of my face...but its not like a normal pimple. theres a big lump on my face,its not red, but it get a little red on the tip like a pimple. It feels like a big pocket of puss...pretty disgusting... basically just a really big pimple. i get these occassionally...does anyone else ever get anything like this?

i tried to pop it, and i felt a little bit of it pop, but mostly it just got all red and i think it even swelled up. its a big bump now and it looks like i was punched in the face...

No, it irritates your skin even more. The pimple will go away, but more will come in it's place. Not to mention the risk of skin cancer.

use ice to reduce the swelling. then at night put a hot washcloth (as hot as you can stand) on it to open it up. Dab some benzoly peroxide on it to dry it up.

you can go to a dermatoligist and they can remove the puss with a seringe.

Recently I had a huge bump on the side of my face that was probably a zit, it was really red and hurt, but I just washed my face and applied medicine on it like usual and it eventually went away.
