I got them a few months ago. I dyed them black but now I have a lot of brown highlights in my hair, so if I were to wear them, I'd be obvious. Am I able to dye them a brown or put a lot of highlights in them after dying them black?

you should get that stuff that takes out/lightens black hair lest having your hair extensions become totally fucked up. unless you've purchased those nasty $5 ones from sally's, if you did just buy new ones.

I'm a hairdresser and you can't LIGHTEN extensions. It just ruins them. So you're going to have to get indivdual extensions in a lighter colour if you want some sort of highlights. With extentions you can only go darker, not lighter.
