I am thinking of dying it temporarily aqua or black with streaks or just dying the tips colors.

Don't dye it black, i doubt it would go well with your skin tone and black is a bitch to get out.
But if you want to then go for it.
If you decide to get the blue done try and get it done in a salon, home done colours like that can look quite tacky if you've never done it before.Even if you just get it done in a salon the first time.
Buy some of those coloured clip in hair extensions and see if the blue looks good first.
