4. They're pretty old and very, very garishly and richly adorned, in a rather Old Norse style, or at least a European country where it's extremely cold and furs are required. Their faces are lined with frown and worry wrinkles (leading countries is hard work!) and tanned for some reason, even though I'd imagine they'd spend a lot of time indoors, and all of their jewellery is simply gold-plated and the gems are in poor settings. Their personalities however are regal and sharply intelligent, and a little weary, and psychotic. They're pretty intense too. And they're not exactly compassionate, but they're fair.
