You might remember my post about my skin breaking out after I came back from the beach.
Well, I've started back using Proactive steps 2 and 3 and my Clean and Clear Blackhead Scrub.
My skin has cleared up great and is very clear, all but this one whitehead on my cheek!
I've popped it once or twice but it keeps returning. It's also all red around it and looks really bad.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of it?

you can put a warm towel on your face to calm down the redness, and don't touch it even though it's tempting.
when my friend breaks out she puts on a pot of water, and lets the steam clear her pores, I don't know how well that works but I thought I'd throw that out there.

It's just that I have one HUGE whitehead on my cheek.
School starts back the 25th, so I really want it gone by then.

Any other ideas!?

steam face, slice up lemon and put on affected area, then wash your fash with sea salt, pop, then ice it.


also once it is gone start using facial mask made out of honey to prevent any future breakouts

sometimes those ones are just stubborn but i swear it will eventually go away. until it does, a good way to cover it up is to buy a correction stick in a green color (green cancels out red) put some on the pimple, then use a concealer the same color as your skin to cover it up and put powder over everything to blend it into your face better. it works unbelievably well and you can cover up ANYTHING (including hickeys ;))

I've been putting foundation and powder over it.
You can't see the whitehead itself like that, but you can still see the redness.

Same thing with me- whenever I breakout, i want to just pop it. Don't do it again, becuase you will just keep getting more bacteria into your pores and it will just make it that much worse, and will take much longer to heal.
Lemon helps to dry out zits/extra oil. You can use that or an acne cream with a high amount (10%)benzoil peroxide for the breakout
