i just saw this and i was sorely disapointed. although, i don't know why i was expecting much from a tim burton and john depp film. :mad:

I really only like the songs.. the rest was crap in my opinion. Idunno, I don't think I can get back how fake the blood was.

the musicalness was so forced, it shouldn't have been a musical, it would have kept my interest better if it wasn't. and i could barily hear half of it.

i knew johnny depp would suck, but i was hoping that chick from frankenstein would make it better...she didn't.

tim burton should stick to cartoons.

I liked it. It wasnt amazing or anything, but it was...different. Ive never seen Johnny Depp sing really,and I thought he was rather good. Plus, I love Tim Burton movies in general =)

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm positive I'd dislike it. I have given Tim Burton so many chances to prove he isn't just some froofy goth guy that makes crappy films and he's failed every time.

Considering Johnny Depp hasn't really done any musical work before he was pretty good.
I would of preferred it as just a movie since i'm not a big fan of musicals, i was rather disappointed though, there was such a big buzz surrounding it when it came out and before but i don't see what all the fuss was about.
