After all I've heard about the new movie, the only thing that it's going to share with the anime and manga is its name.

There is one reason and one reason only why i wold even think about going to see this movie and that is because James Marsters is in it, thats probly the only reason. When it comes out and maybe if i hear it is any good that might add to it.

Says it's "based on manga", which means that Bulma is ten times skankier and I will be thoroughly disappointed if she isn't flashing everybody every ten seconds to get her way.

Trunks and Gohan are all Dragonball Z characters, this movie is not Dragonball Z storyline it's just Dragonball storyline. So there will be no traces of good guy Piccolo, Vegeta, Freiza, Cell, Gohan, Trunks or Goten involved.
That being said I'll probably go see it because of the deep Dragonball/Z/GT fan I am even though personally I think the casting is shit as well as the costumes. "Goku" looks nothing like the cartoon Goku. I had expected a better effort. :sad:
