Your eyebrows look as if they would be pretty dark and people who have dark eyebrows look dumb with really light hair.

I have blonde peek a boo's all around , so I don't get roots , and it looks better then dying the bottom too because you can have your hair up and not look weird too

its like , highlights in the middle layer of your hair, so say if you got blond peek a boo's , a thin layer of brown hair would go over the blonde , but you'd still be able to see it , and when it grows out theres no roots=)

try getting like...two large purple ones,they have to bleach it first and it fades pretty quickly so you can keep changing it up=)

I totally agree with this person. Your eye brows are too thick and too dark to go really blonde or completely blonde. Dont get me wrong, they look good with your currant hair but no they would definitely stand out and look bad with a blonde shade. When I went blonde I waxed mine thinner and that made a huge difference....that might work for you :)

If you get any kind of highlight, your hair is going to turn orange instead of blonde. I suggest getting a lighter copper brown, it'll look much classier and put together.

It's a bit harsh for your coloring... Steer away from platinum blonde colors. Try dirty blonde if you do it at all.
