Im clueless on makeup routines and beauty care

i've got med length dark brown hair with blonde peek a boo's all around
blue/green eyes w. semi long eyelashes
and I tan super easy so i'll be pretty dark now that the summers here
Ive always wanted to know how to do something more dramatic with my makeup , any adviceee? I can add a pic if needed!

Try using a violet colored liner it would really make your eyes pop. To make sure you make up stays make sure to use a primer on you lids before applying shadow. If you are going out maybe try a smokey eye in a plum shade.

Use a shimmer powder and highlight under your brows, the inside corner of your eyes and on top of your cheek bone. It will make your skin glow.

Remember if you feel like playing up your eyes do a neutral lip and if you feel like playing up you lips do a neutral eye. If you make both bold then you look like a clown
