I am considering two new things to change my look a bit. One, I want a monroe piercing...but I have nose pierced, is this to much metal on my face? And any comments/pros/cons on the piercing would be awesome. Also, I want to dye the underneath part of my hair dark brown...do any of you think this would look good/horrible? Any other hair advice would be helpful too. Thanks guys!

A monroe would make you look incredibly trashy. Don't do it.
And your hair looks good as it is. Although it's the wrong colour blonde imo, it looks almost white.
The brown underneath is totally out of style.

okay, im going to say no to the monroe
yr really pretty, but i don't think a monroe would work.
though if you decided to do something else, i dont think
it would look like too much metal on your face
on the brown underneath thing, i gotta disagree
its a bit risky with the light light blonde on top firstly
and also, it's summer. your hair looks cute and beachy as is,
if you want to do any color changing, i would wait until winter.

I like the shade you have now as a highlight color.. I think you could make yourself look a lot classier if you added some lowlights to make the haircolor more natural and toned-down.. I love how Scarlett Johanssen pulls it off here:

As for a piercing, I think your face doesn't really need any more accessories. If anything, get a nose piercing.. They are low-key, look good on almost everyone, and are easy to take out whenever you like!

im going to still say no to the brown underneath.
i think it will make it look sorta dirty underneath.
i like your color as it is now. its a good color and it looks good on you.

I'm not a fan of monroe piercings, but if it's something you really want I don't think it would be too much with the nose piercing you already have as long as you wear small studs and not rings...nose studes are really not that noticable.
If it's something you want, go for it.

nice advice, if i really want one i should try it right?! lol but im stuck because so so many people have advised against it ahhh. I would def get a tiny little stud though, nothing loud. has anyone gotten one and has major problems with them such as infection, scarring, etc?

I have my nose pierced and wear a little nose stud in it every day.. They hardly ever get infected, and even when I take my nose stud out, there's only a little whole where it was... Not really that noticeable. I changed my nose stud two weeks after I got it pierced and tbh, it's been fine ever since.

I like the brown idea.
It honestly seems like a good choice for you.
As I'm going to school for cosmetology
I think I've a good idea of what would and wouldn't look good.
Also, you could do brown highlights through it
A golden brown would look nice. =]
As a piercing fanatic
(i've had up to 23 at once)
A monroe wouldn't be to much metal
But, it wouldn't look good on you.
Try a labret
On the lower left or right side.
Those tend to look really good

it looks good as is, maybe cut it a little shorter, razor the ends and give it a little edge. :] haha...but thats just my oppinion.

....Do you get called a MILF a lot? ;]
anyways, Monroes, No matter who they're on, LOOK SKANKY.
I dont care if fucking oprah got one, she'd look like a prostitute.
Dont get one, please?
And, brown underneath your hair, looks trashy too, Ish.
I like your hair, maybe get a few highlights, lay off the eyeliner, I think if you add a little bit of red into your hair, a light brown color, You'd look great.
I'll look around and try to find some example pictures.
Bad picture, but like this maybe? (http://www.hairstyle.com/datastore/0/hilaryduff.jpg)

All you guys have really helpful and awesome ideas, I appreciate all the help! I like the ideas of adding lowlights to my hair and really like the pic of nicole richie. I had this pic of carrie underwood in mind. What do you guys think? Not enough of a change? thanks :)
