This is the outfit I'm wearing for my birthday next month. I would've liked for it to be dressier, but I would stick out like a sore thumb at the place I'm going!
What colour accessories should I wear with it?

If your heart is set on that outfit, I'd say you should go with some black high heels and silver jewelry. Hoop earrings perhaps?

Don't wear a white dress with BLACK leggings, it will look ridiculous. To make it more dressy, forget the leggings or whatever they are and just go bare legged. Get some nice jewelry.

1. It's a shirt, not a dress.
2. The shirt is not white, it's actually cream (my camera flash is just really bright).
3. They're skin-tight capri pants ;]
4. I can't go too dressy, it's a friggen bar/grill/pool/bowling alley place ;]

Shoes?
Black sandals, I don't have a picture, but they're very similar to this (http://www.payless.com/Catalog/ProductDetail.aspx?&TLC=Womens&Size=&SLC=WomensSandals&BLC=WomensSandalsTrendy&ItemCode=58752&DescriptiveColor=Black&Width=&Type=Adult&VTLC=&cm_id=colordropmenu).
The leggings don't match.
They're not leggings, and last time I checked, black and cream go together perfectly.
I've decided I'm wearing a hot pink butterfly necklace, and gold bangle bracelets.

LOL leggings....funny how nobody ever admits to liking them, but every store I go to is always sold out, or nearly sold out, and everybody owns a pair. every girl that walks past me in school, in the mall, down the street etc is always wearing them. just admit already people, you like them!
I like that shirt alot, where did u get it?

they're like uggs. people say they just buy them because they're comfortable and only wear them around the house. so so wrong..

I love the outfit but not the sandals, maybe dress them up more. Curl your hair, that always dresses things up... And get black and white jewelry.

Such a shame that isn't a dress. I found some light grey knit leggings that would have went great under that if it was a dress! If that was me, i'd wear skintight denim under-knee length trousers and accessorise with a gold or brass wrist clasp (a la topshop) and some unusual statement earrings like this (http://www.toujourstoi.com/collections/byebyebirdie/images/01_liberte_hoops-big.jpg). I'd be tempted to tuck the shirt into the jeans and cover the waistband with a thick belt like this (http://beckersurf.com/browse/productDetails.aspx?skuid=14651) as that'd be nice. I wouldn't go for over glitzy accessories because your top already has that glitzy bit on it. Ooh, and gold sandals. Or a brown leather.

Wear silver accessories.
Tiny hoop earrings & bangles? That would work nicely...

a pair of medium denim skinny jeans would definately look better with that top, wear with little pumps.

Not in this case.
It'd be cute if the not-legging things were a faded dusty pink.

yeah exactly.
leggings are cute, if you know how to wear them.
I just bought a pair at Claire's the other day. They are just plain black.
I'm wearing mine with a blue jean mini-skirt, hot pink tank top, and some kind of flip flops.
