Plucking makes the hair grow back more slowly than shaving - and the same as waxing, yeh?
but if you pluck does it grow back thinner than if you waxed, or is it the same?
(I gather it's thinner than shaving cos that only gets rid of it on the surface)
I know this is a bit of a pointless and dumarse question..

i pluck my eyebrows and i guess they grow back thinner

It does.
I wax/pluck my eyebrows off completely and it sure seems like the hair doesn't grow back as thick.

I think plucking and waxing are the same. The hairs usually come back just as fast and the hairs are just as thin. At least for me.

for some people they grow back thinner and for some they grow back the same...
