I was thinking of getting synthetic dreads put in. They are the ones that are just braided in. Not real. Something different from scene hair for once.

I'm getting it like this, but the color my hair is now. Now no rude fucking compliments.

Those are utter failure, failure at its finest.

That's the pussy way to do dreads. I had dreads for a while, that were real, that I did myself. Fake dreads are nasty.

As is yours.

YOUR POINT?
We aren't talking about avatars or everything that's fugly.

You're just taking what I said personally. Don't.

How about, instead of getting the fake dreads, you get falls instead?
They're much more manageable and you won't have to spend hours putting them in chunk by chunk.

I know they are fake, but there are reasons why I don't want real ones. Hard to maintain and I am not cutting them out. At least with the fake ones they can be taken out.

I'm not cyber goth or anything, I'm just trying a hairstyle I never had before.

Real dreads can be taken out.. Its just takes a few hours. Also your ones will require much the same maintenance as real dreads.

Falls would probaly be much better.
Braided ones are quite heavy and much harder to get out/and put in than you think, and after a week they go all wierd and your roots show and stuff. Its just wierd. You'd have to dye your hair anyway.

Elysee is wierd and shiny stuff and too thin to look very nice. If you make them yourself it ends up much nicer, and alot lot cheaper. Or you can buy em off ebay and heavenlyhair and things. But making them is much more satisfying. Hair to look for... Usually a mixture is quite good. But Kanekalon is probaly the best, itcan be heat set and stuff which is good.. and then you could use wool roving which is nice and light...
Theres plently of tutorials around to make falls and double ended dreads, all you really need is a sink and comb and a hairdryer.

Double ended ones do tend to look fake. Very fake. They're not as nice and tight and fluffy as natural ones.. and you can see bits of your scalp and stuff. Its wierd... and styles are limited

Umm yea, falls are good though.

Nope, cause it's more rude than compliment. So I guess it'd be like "you're fucking sexy and i love you, but please go kill yourself"?

oh and if your a fan of evanescence or korn you should check that link out too, its a really great cover imo..

They've always reminded me of cornrows... And on white people tend to be full of fail. Though cybers look okay, but they're sort of odd all over anyway.
And I'm the one who likes dreads ^^

I still vote for falls instead
