What I have : Naturally Dark brown(Almost black hair)
-I dyed it a colour between medium and dark brown

What I wanted : Blonde and Lightish brown highlights

What the salon told me , is that if i wanted the blonde they could do it - but if i wanted the light brown as well, they would have to strip all the colour off my hair THEN put the colours in ..


Is this true? or can they do both .. without having to strip it ; i dont get it lol

I thought making your hair blonde required the stripping, not lightening.
