I wash my face twice a day with just cold water and soap, but I have broken out in the last two days.
I tried using face wash the other week when I broke out before, but it made it worse and made more appear.
I went to sleep with bepanthem on them last night and they had gone down, or risen enough so they can be popped and gotten rid off, so I will do that again, but is there anything else I can do which won't make my face break out?

Soap is pretty shitty to wash your face with... buy a face wash cream and use that to wash your face. I only use a specific kind for my face though because I find that some brands will make me break out even more... like the garner fructis face wash which is terrible.

wash your face with something designed for oily skin, or something prone to breakouts. use an ointment with salacylic acid or benzoil peroxide.

usually if you use a new face wash, it makes you break out for the first few weeks because it's bringing up all the pimples and stuff and getting rid of it. just a tip.

See, That's what happens to me too,
But, It's only with my forehead.

I have pretty good skin... excluding the blackheads on my chin...
But within the last year or so, I've been getting small --hardly noticeable-- bumps on my forehead...
I think it's from sweating at night when I sleep...
Ughh, It's bugging me though.

Okay thanks. I thought that maybe it was the junk coming out when I first used it, I just showered and after, I decided to take my chances with it again. We shall see. :D
