On a pain scale I'd say bellybutton, especially if you haven't had anything else pierced before.

Go with the belly button. I think nose piercings look weird.

Whichever you choose, do your research first. Remember that your job may require you to remove facial piercings or wear retainers in them... and if you plan on doing alot of swimming this summer, it's better to get pierced soon...especially if it's your belly button.
