No, black dresses are usually nice, it's just really plain and boring.

I love urban outfitters. And this is kinda cute but it's just like a potatoe sack. Like, there's no shape to it.

just think of the positives!:
you can wear it to a funeral
you have clothes to wear to work; if you work at a library
you can win a potato sack right because you are already wearing one.
