Press the cloth really hard against your skin...lots of pressure, and then rip it away from your skin really fast against the hair. Don't pull upwards, pull sideways against the hair. If you pull up, it just pulls your skin and allows wax to stick there. It's like peeling a bandaid only super fast and against the hair.

Put the wax on, press the strip into the wax. Wait a couple of seconds, rip off--pulling the hairs in the opposite direction.

It may or may not work, but it has nothing really to do with the technique. It's just cheap wax.

honey wax.

sugar wax and any of those ready made strips don't work.

if you want to be waxed properly, go to a salon.

Ughhh, the reason why people go to salons is because professionals know how to wax in the right technique, so technique does matter.

Srsly.

If it's just your legs and you press the right way and pull the right way, you really don't need a professional.

Nah, it's mostly the wax. Technique isn't everything ya know? If you knew how to wax properly, and the store bought wax still doesn't work, then it's the wax. I've used store bought wax before, it's the shittiest wax EVER.

Good question, I was copying a different link on my photobucket, but I guess it copied my friend bobby's facebook picture. Can you edit that out, please? I'm not sure he'd want his pictures out, his profile is on private on fb.

Some waxes can be pretty shitty but you can really mess up your skin with bad technique and good wax, since good wax can be damaging if you don't know how to use it.

I never use good wax when I do it myself because I always end up burning myself, so I use shitty wax and it works pretty well even though it takes me way longer.
