Crest white strips do not work! I bought the regular kind and the premium kind my teeth are white but not White like you dont notice the whiteness so dont buy those

Apply baking soda on the enamel of the teeth with a cotton swab then swish with hydrogen peroxide.DO NOT SWALLOW! I have sensitive teeth and it's the only way I could whiten them. It works quite well.

There is a mouth wash now for whitening teeth.
I haven't tried it, but a friend said it works well if you use a whitening toothpaste with it.

Whitening your teeth is so bad for you. I used crest white strips which worked and my dentist almost killed me. He said it was okay that I only used one kit but to NEVER DO IT AGAIN and if I want to whiten them to do it professionally.

What whitening does is strip your teeth from the top enamel coat, so people who overuse whiteners end up getting "blue teeth", which is that their teeth look soooo clear white they appear blue. The teeth aren't actually blue, though, they just have been stripped from so much enamel that they're a bit translucent and since the back of your mouth is dark, your teeth appear blue!

Getting your teeth done professionally can cost a lot of money.
As long as you don't overdo the whitening, then its alright to whiten them.
I mean, I think as long as you don't whiten them every day all year you are alright.

No, you're definitely right. Everyone just overdoes it. My roommate is on her 4th set of crest white strips. It's as if she uses them year-round.

Yeah, thats overdoing it.
One box a year, maybe 2, is plenty.
If you are going to use 2 boxes a year then I would use one every 6 months.

That's still overdoing it. The boxes say "wait 18 months" or "wait 22 months". That's over a year per box.

It's not natural to use more than a box in the directed dosage, that's so fake-white.

The trend today is to have extremely unrealistic white teeth. I think it's stupid that girls criticize really fake boob jobs while sporting a mid-blue bleached smile.

Oh, I didn't know what the boxs say.
I've never used a whitner.
The only thing I have used is a whitening toothpaste.
I was thinking about trying the new whitening mouthwash...
